This page explains how MH Power Solutions uses your details. We keep it short on purpose.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We do not collect anything about you when you read it. Like any website, the company that hosts it (Cloudflare) handles technical information such as your IP address so the pages can be delivered and protected from attacks.

If you contact us

If you phone, email or message us on WhatsApp, we use your name, number or address and what you tell us to reply and to arrange the work. WhatsApp is run by Meta, which has its own privacy notice.

If you book online

When you book, we collect what you type in: your name, address, phone number, email and the jobs you want. We use it to arrange and carry out the work, to give you your booking link and quotes, to produce your certificate or report, and to keep the records the law and our insurance need. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and job records only as long as we need them. Certificates and reports are kept for the time your scheme and insurer require. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email MHPowerSolutions@protonmail.com and we will answer within one month. If you are not happy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
